Your Horoscope by Susan Miller
This year has been a year like no other, and many people are focused on areas they might not normally be focused on. For you, your entire being has been centered on making money, managing money, and spending it wisely, and if you have enough money, how to smartly save and invest while you take care of those who depend on you. It’s a big job, so no wonder you’re nearly obsessed with this task.
The unusual part of all this is that as a Sagittarius, you are not a materialistic soul. You would rather think about philosophical concepts and ideas, politics, current events, culture, and literature. But these days, you are nearly forced to think about money.
For two years, you’ve been hosting eclipses in your two financial houses—your second house of earned income and your eighth house of other people’s money. After this month, you will be done with eclipses in Capricorn and Cancer. These two signs, found opposite one another on the horoscope wheel, govern your financial sectors, and the eclipses started arriving here every six months since July 2018.
Many of the swift monetary shifts you’ve experienced were due to this series of eclipses. Indeed, eclipses are the most dramatic tool the universe uses to create progress. They force us out of our comfort zone and push us, ready or not, into new situations.
We can’t blame all the financial changes you’ve been experiencing on eclipses. If we were to study your monetary condition in a forensic manner, we can trace the beginnings of your fierce determination to make more money back to 2008 when powerhouse Pluto first entered Capricorn, your second house of income, where he is set to stay until 2024. Pluto takes 248 years to circle the Sun, so it is obvious many people never get to experience Pluto in their second house of earned income. Think of him as a high-priced tutor who has many ways of teaching you to improve your financial status. Pluto’s job is to transform you from the inside out, the way a caterpillar becomes a butterfly.
