Uranus is based in your work-a-day sector and points to people who report to you, so one team member or subordinate may announce a departure this month, which could complicate circumstances further. Others, including you, will have to pick up the work of the person leaving, adding even more onto your shoulders.
When I look ahead to the full moon on March 13, 2025, in the same prestigious, career-oriented part of your chart, again I see Saturn taking a prominent role. During that full moon in March, Saturn will be conjunct the Sun and in opposition to the full moon in your professional sector. This could mean that you are ready to take on a very lofty, responsible job as a VIP, or it may simply mean that you may just want to wait for better times, for you already have a full plate. You might have small children at home, for example, or you may be needed to give special care to your mother or father. You can take the offer if you can locate and afford to hire the ideal person to help you, but that’s a tall order.

Mars will move into Cancer from September 4 to November 3, so you may find that you will go through a period of higher-than-usual spending during this time. I have a feeling you may already know what part of life will require check writing in the coming weeks. At the same time, you will be more motivated to find other sources of income, perhaps by taking freelance jobs on the side. You may also hope to get a raise, but I don’t think that will be possible until the start of January (after the new moon on December 30, 2024) when your chances of getting a decent raise will be excellent.
