You are an air sign, and remarkably, the five outer planets have been moving in unison into air and fire signs that will be outstandingly supportive of your air-sign Libra Sun. In recent years, most of the planets were in heavy earth signs that don’t suit you at all—earth smothers you.
Pluto, a major financial planet, was in earthy Capricorn in your home sector, which was at odds with your Libra Sun for 16 years, and it strongly affected you for the time when it went over the same degrees as your natal Sun. So if you tried to rent a new apartment or buy real estate, you perhaps felt stymied.
Some Libras were able to overcome these obstacles, but the challenges were severe, so it wasn’t easy. If you found that you couldn’t move, renovate, or redesign your space, the good news is that Pluto is now in air-sign Aquarius, set to stay for 20 years. (Pluto has an egg- or oval-shaped orbit, so the length of time in each sign varies depending on which part of the oval Pluto is traveling along.)
At the end of May, the great teacher planet Saturn moved into Aries, and his friend Neptune, the planet governing the arts, charities, compassionate activities, and all bodies of water moved into Aries in March. Neptune and Saturn are now both in Aries, a fire sign that is lucky for you.
