Your Horoscope for Leo
by Susan MillerPisces and your eighth house, where many heavenly bodies are gathered—the February 27 new moon, the Sun, Saturn, Mercury, and Neptune—is the area of your chart that not only reflects money that you owe but also cash you might receive as a one-time bundle outside of your salary. This is the area of your chart where big ideas and dreams are born that require funding. This suggests you might be applying for a mortgage, financial aid to go to graduate school to pay tuition, or a bank loan to start your own business.
Mercury will be retrograde from March 15 to April 7, so make sure your applications are accurate because errors will delay or disqualify you for the money you need to get started. When Mercury is out of phase, we feel an impulse to rush, but you would be wise to do the opposite.
Venus will also be retrograde this month, from March 1 to April 12, and because Venus rules your professional advancement, Venus will start to slow your career progress this month. You might also find people who owe you money are slow to pay, so you may have to be patient until Venus regulates her orbit on April 12. However, Venus will continue to grow in strength and will return to full power by May 16, a time when you will start to see the fruits of your labors.
Your attention will go back to money at the March 13 full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo. Within five days of this eclipse, you stand an excellent chance of receiving money from a new source, or you may instead see an increase in salary in gratitude for work you did previously at your present job. Usually, an eclipse in your second house (as you have on March 13) portends that your income will start to emanate from a new area.
