You are the general, and although you may prefer to be out front in your rightful place in the sunlight, as you enter July, you will do your best work in secret, out of view from prying eyes.

In the last week of last month, June, Venus was conjunct Uranus, the planet of unanticipated events, in your career sector. Your reputation for excellence is growing, and it appears you are popular with higher-ups, teammates, and subordinate alike. This acknowledgement of your talent, sound judgment, and ability to rally others might come as surprise news, but it shouldn’t—you are doing a great job. Although you thought nobody noticed or everyone understated you, you will soon discover you were wrong about that—they are applauding your work.
