Your July 2025 Horoscope for Leo

Mercury will be out of phase in Leo, so this retrograde might be one that you will notice more than most. The way to deal with Mercury retrograde is to be thoughtful and deliberate in all your actions. Slow down and don’t rush, for that is when we become forgetful and lose things we need and value, such as your smart phone, computer, tablet, eyeglasses, sunglasses, wallet, or other treasures.
Rushing also tends to make us sign agreements and make promises that we should have never made, and later regret. Get all your most important plans done early in the month, during the first half, and leave a space of days before Mercury turns retrograde on July 18.
This month has so much planetary traffic, it’s crazy. However, it’s good, even with mischievous Mercury going a little haywire. You have enough really good aspects to help you through the maze of life and still be impressively productive. Others will say they can’t figure out how you do it.
As the month gets near a close, on July 24, you will have a new moon in Leo, 2 degrees. I love that Uranus, the surprise planet, will be in perfect angle to the Sun, poised to bring you a lucky break. Friends adore you, and they will show their love and support for you at this time. The Sun is your ruler, adding more weight, importance, and favor for you, which allows you to glean the benefits of this new moon more than others. In some ways, it is your “coming out” party, for your social life will perk up at this point in the month. You seem ready and able to get started.
