Dear Reader:

I finally can reveal the secret I have been harboring for months!

I have a beautiful newly designed app to replace my present app, still with the same trademarked name, “Daily Horoscope Astrology Zone + More by Susan Miller®”. In a way the title is a misnomer, because my app comes chock full of information, some of which I will tell you about here. I am thrilled to finally show you the new design on the Apple App Store (http://apple.co/2gcVDnn)

My app will appear in the Google Play Store. They have it and approved it, so it should appear this week or next week. We believe it will be the same link, with the new app replacing the former one here: (http://bit.ly/2y7pHaT)

Your Horoscope by Susan Miller

There’s a lot to love about September—news about career, money, home, and friendship—so overall, September is a positive month that will allow you to be productive and to find moments to enjoy. There will be almost no aspects to blow you off course, so that’s good news. You can follow along on your own agenda and see progress.

The month starts off with a full moon in Pisces, ten degrees, on September 1, and you will feel this full moon’s high spirited energy until September 5. It will likely bring surprisingly good news out of the blue about your career, for Uranus, planet of unanticipated events, will reach out to the full moon and, at the same time, to the Sun, positioned opposite the full moon in Virgo. This full moon will likely deliver some of the best news of the year about your career and growing reputation for excellence.

This full moon may surprise you by extending your influence in your industry. If you have been interviewing for a new job, you will likely get the answer, and if the position is a far better one than you had before, it looks like you will get it. You don’t have to change jobs to see luck, though, for you may get a promotion or a more impressive title where you currently work. Praise, publicity, and good news is on the way to your professional life.

There is more! Jupiter, the good fortune planet that is currently in your eighth house of other people’s money, will communicate with the full moon, and you’ll see a generous sum of money. It may represent a raise, a bonus, a cash advance, commission, licensing fee, royalty, inheritance, venture capital, or the lucrative sale of any sort of property (real estate, furniture, or other items). At this full moon, as you see, not only are you about to raise your profile in power and influence, you will also make more money. Sometimes, you receive a better title but not more money—this time both will come at once.

You only get one full moon a year in your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievement, and it will bring to culmination all you have been doing in your career over the past 12 to 18 months. If you are self-employed, you may introduce a new product on the market to critical acclaim or bring in a prestigious, well-paying new client.

You have three planets in your eighth house of other people’s money, and Mars will be in conflict with two of those planets, Saturn and Pluto. This suggests to me that you might be owed or promised money—from a venture capitalist, from a government program, as child support, or as commission you are due as some examples, but the money may not arrive when promised. You might have to be patient, so consult a lawyer if you feel you’ve waited long enough. When it comes to money, as a Gemini, you are lucky with finances these days.

Some Gemini hope to move to a new apartment or house, or perhaps make extensive repairs or renovations to the home they are in now. Others may be anxious to sell property, and the buyer will likely meet or exceed your asking price. If one of these examples includes you, you will have a glorious new moon on September 17 at 25-degrees Virgo, your fourth house of home and family, to help you get started.

Jupiter in Capricorn will receive dazzling vibrations from the mighty Sun in Virgo on Wednesday, September 9. That day will bring a heavenly trine and would be a great day for an interview or to receive surprise good news about money.

The new moon will be beautifully conversant with all three planets in your eighth house of other people’s money, namely Saturn, Pluto, and Jupiter. Wow. This new moon will set up a direct link—a trine, the most heavenly aspect possible—to your money house, which tells me the money you need in order to get started will be there for you. The money may come in the form of a mortgage or home improvement loan, complete with attractive interest rates, or it could come from your parent or kind aunt or uncle who loves you. Of course, it may come from the sale of real estate if you are selling property. When it comes to home and family matters in September, you will be luckier than a Leprechaun.

You may want to call in the painters or simply get all your windows washed and window treatments dry cleaned. You may want to declutter a closet. Just adding flowers or new throw pillows can perk up a living room. Second-hand furniture is often quite beautiful, so consider shopping for a special piece at a consignment shop or estate sale.

You can set up a schedule of repairs or hire a landscaper to plant flowers and shrubs for the coming season, or you might simply buy some new accessories for different rooms. You may buy some new table items—dishes, table mats, napkins, and pretty items like that. This is a good time to start preparing for the year-end holidays. You might be inviting your family over for dinner in November or December, or two or three friends to have a glass of champagne with you on New Year’s Eve. It’s still too dangerous to gather in large groups, so you will want to be selective. This coronavirus is no joke.

This fourth house of home that is shining so brightly in your chart also rules your parents, so if you have been stymied about finding the answer to a question regarding them—finding the right medical specialist, help with finding the right assisted living situation or aid to live with your parent, or any other question—this new moon of September 17 may bring the answer in the days that follow.

Going back to the topic of the virus, life will gradually go back to a semblance of normal at year’s end. Jupiter and Pluto caused the spread of the virus, for Pluto rules bacteria and viruses (among other things), and Jupiter expands everything it touches. Jupiter conjoins with Pluto every 13 years, and they first met on April 4, a very tough time for Italy and New York City (you usually start to feel the approaching conjunction a month ahead).

These two planets met again on June 29, which marked terrible outbreaks in the US in the southern states from Florida to Texas and up through California. The ferociousness of the virus surprised me a little when they met on June 29 for Jupiter and Pluto were both retrograde at the time and still in a weakened state. The suffering Jupiter and Pluto caused was substantial in July and August, as cases rose in the US and worldwide. Jupiter and Pluto will soon go direct. Jupiter will awaken on September 12, and Pluto, October 4. They will meet again on November 12, so I feel we will have a very strong second wave of cases of the virus in October through early December. Yet, there is hope.

I see astrologically that we will not be as obsessed with the virus after January 12, 2021, when Jupiter and Pluto will, by then, have moved a good distance apart, not to come together again. That is when the medical community will have some sort of workable treatment. But before we get to January 12, though, by Christmas of this year, Pluto and Jupiter will be eight degrees apart, which is also good—it is the borderline of significant spacing.

It may be that by January 12, or maybe even by Christmas, the scientists will have a treatment to lessen the severity of the disease, but it seems too much to hope for total eradication. Before we get to late December, however, Jupiter and Pluto will make that strong and powerful conjunction on November 12, so that says to me that October through mid-December could bring a very strong second wave.

You do have to keep your guard up by washing hands, wearing your mask in public, and keeping up your social distancing. Ask your doctor if you should get a flu shot soon. I just got mine—the new one is out. The flu shot won’t guard against the coronavirus, but hopefully it will guard me against the flu, which is the last thing I need. I also asked for a pneumonia shot two weeks earlier and will need a booster in one year. I’ve had pneumonia three times in my life, and I am determined never to have it again. The new shingles shot is out and next on my list in September, for I hear it is much improved. I got one painful shingle at 33-years old due to incredible stress. I had to care for my two children as the provider of the household when my then-husband was again out of work. Check with your doctor and see what she or he says about the various available shots.

Aspects always have two sides, and the conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto on November 12 could bring you a very large sum of money. In fact, you are the sign most likely to see a bounty of cash in mid-November. If you don’t see it from work, it may come as a cash settlement from a court case or a prize winning, or your windfall may be from a different source.

You may not have to wait until November to see money from your work. I see a wonderful day for you this month in addition to the new moon, when Jupiter in Capricorn will receive dazzling vibrations from the mighty Sun in Virgo on Wednesday, September 9. That day will bring a heavenly trine, which is one of the best aspects possible. September 9 would be a great day for an interview or to receive surprise good news about money.

Now let’s turn to Mars, which has been in Aries since the end of June and will remain in Aries until January 6, 2021, an unusually long time. The typical tour of Mars is only six weeks, not the current six months. The reason Mars is staying so long is that he will be retrograde from September 9 to November 13 (I know that I just mentioned September 9 as a terrific day, and it is).

It is unfortunate that Mars is about to retrograde now and for such a long time. The planets we feel the most when retrograde are Mars, Mercury, and Venus, for they orbit closest to Earth. Mars’ job is to supply the energy to complete big projects. He is the rocket fuel that takes the heavy rocket into the stratosphere, and then goes on his way, saluting to the astronauts when the rocket reaches its intended orbit. Mars motivates you to compete well and gets you to want to win the goal, even when the going is difficult. Mars retrogrades only every 26 months, so we get used to Mars’ help and take it for granted—until he is found sleeping on the couch and is of no help at all. Then we miss him.

This means that you should avoid doing a major launch of a new product or service until his retrograde is over on November 13. To make matters a little more complicated, Mars’ little brother Mercury, the clever little copycat that he is, will also go retrograde—right in the middle of the Mars retrograde, specifically from October 13 to November 3.

To say you will feel like you are walking through glue in the coming weeks is an understatement. We are all in the same boat, though. You will see a lot of backtracking in the news, such as new government dictates that will have to be rescinded. The government may say we are opening schools and then quickly shut them down again. People will easily change their minds more than once, if they make a decision at all. You will note people will tend to be frozen in place, not sure which way to go, or if they should start anything at all. In other words, it will produce a watch and wait atmosphere.

You are luckier than most because you have Mars in your eleventh house of friendship, a nice place to host Mars. Also, individuals like to get in touch, catch up and find out how their friends’ lives have turned out. Keep in mind that Mars in fire-sign Aries is always beneficial to your air-sign Gemini Sun. You may be motivated to seek out friends and college classmates you knew and always liked from your past. You may scan social media or professional sites like LinkedIn to find one or two.

The problem is, Mars will be stuck in late degrees of Aries and be in conflict with two of the three planets you have touring your financial eighth house: Saturn, and Pluto. As mentioned above, this could mean one person owes you money and getting it has been difficult—you may feel like you are locked in a tug-of-war, like a dog that doesn’t want to give up the newspaper that you want to read.

Another way this could work out is that you may be tired of the lockdown and yearn to go out and live your former life, but concern over finances may make you want to save, not spend (you may have a goal in mind, such as to buy a condo or renovate your kitchen). When viewed through that prism, seeing friends at a socially distanced lunch or dinner or taking a short trip may not be worth the high charges on your credit card. A strong desire to get started on something you’ve dreamed about for a long time may have you temporarily delay socializing for any number of reasons (some having nothing to do with money)—it is just the way it is. Things will move in the right direction at year’s end so stay cheerful.

If you need to sign a contract this month, do so early in the month—I suggest September 3, when Saturn and Mercury, your ruler, will be in sync.

Jupiter will turn direct on September 12, having been retrograde since May 14. You’ve waited a long time, but now, Jupiter will begin working hard for you—financially and in terms of health if you need surgery.

You will need to give Jupiter a little time to ramp-up to his full energy, but once he does, Jupiter will start helping you financially even more than he has in recent months. Keep to your program. Sometimes we have to sow a lot of seeds, till the fields, water the crop, and be a little frustrated when we see little progress to all that work. Don’t give up, for eventually, the seedlings will come up in the garden, and you will have your harvest—this seems to describe what will happen with you. Keep reminding yourself that you have the best financial outlook of any sign (along with Sagittarius). December, starting at the beginning, looks to be very strong.

There are a lot of aspects that all point to money for you. One special feature of 2020 is the cooperation between Neptune, at 18-degrees Pisces, your tenth house of professional fame and honors, and Jupiter, also at 18 degrees but in Capricorn, your eighth house of financial gain, which generally deals with financial gain through performance (like from commission or royalties) or application (such as when you petition for venture capital or apply for bank loans). These two planets have been close all year, in significant aspect, and will make their last aspect, a sextile (indicating opportunity) on October 12 next month. This aspect, for you, suggests creative ideas will lead to money and applause from your intended audience or customer base, and you can use it all through September. Keep working on your ideas, dear Gemini.

As you get closer to month’s end, you will start to feel the approaching full moon in Aries, October 1. That full moon will bring a reason to see a friend or attend a small event with one or two others. You might have a Zoom appearance that many people attend, and if so, it would be very successful. Mars in Aries will be tightly trine (a heavenly aspect of harmony) to his lover Venus in your third house of communication, so your talk would be quite popular. If you are to be paid for this public appearance, you may experience some friction on getting paid on a timely basis, so cover that topic in your contract. Money aside, you will be surrounded by a loving, supportive community, and that is what matters most.

Please Note: On October 1, 2020, there is a full moon in Aries 9º, not Aquarius 9º. We apologize for this error in our 2020 calendar.

SUMMARY

September will be a pivotal month of 2020 as both your career and plans to improve your home will be strongly spotlighted.

The month starts out energetically with a full moon in Pisces on September 1 lighting your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievement. Something you’ve been working on for a long time will now become public, and your work will be enthusiastically received by your intended audience. Venus in your financial house will send a friendly beam to Neptune in your career reputation sector, so your creative work or outside-the-box thinking is likely to bring you additional income, in terms of a raise, bonus, or profit.

Mars, however, is still in the difficult place he was last month and is jabbing Pluto and Saturn, suggesting that if anyone owes you money personally (such as for child support or repayment of a loan) or professionally (such as a commission or a fee from a client), you may find payment is slow or that the client will report bankruptcy. You may need a lawyer to stand up for you. Still, you will have superb help from Jupiter, the financial planet, that will bring luck September 9. Let’s think good thoughts.

Mars will be in a tough position to a business partner if you are self-employed or if you’re asked to loan money to a friend. If your friend is in dire straits, give her (or him) an outright gift of cash if you love her and don’t care if she ever pays you back. There are things in life that are more important than money, and one is your ability to relieve suffering. Sacrifice for the welfare of another in times of crisis is something you may want to do with compassionate Neptune in tight communication with generous Jupiter. Your friend will be grateful for your sensitivity to the situation.

If you want to move or fix up your home space, apply for a mortgage or home improvement loan or other source of funding this month. One way or another, it appears that you will have the funds to get started. Take action in the days that follow the new moon in Virgo in your home and family sector, September 17. This would also be a great time to start a Marie Kondo style of decluttering, room by room.

Despite overall concerns about spending too much or being worried by not being paid in a timely manner by someone who seems irresponsible, you can have fun at month’s end, at the full moon in Aries on October 1. You might drive to see a friend or plan a fun dinner over Zoom. Although you’d love to take a distant trip at month’s end, with Mars moving toward a harsh square aspect to Saturn, all things considered, you’d be better off staying home rather than traveling to distant points.
