Your Horoscope by Susan Miller
Because so many planets have been in Capricorn since the very start of 2020, the solar house that contains Capricorn in your chart was meant to be a major focus for months to come. In January you had six out of ten heavenly bodies in Capricorn, the most you can have in one sign. You have Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in Capricorn all year, and in January you also had Mercury, your ruler, in Capricorn until January 16, along with the Sun and Mars (from February 16 to March 30).
Then the eclipses started in Capricorn and Cancer—and these signs highlight your two financial houses, with extra emphasis on your eighth house of other people’s money. This financial house is not like your second house, which covers personal money such as salary, savings, and possessions. For you, the house that is ruled by Capricorn is the eighth house that governs commissions, royalties, divorce and other court settlements, child support, venture capital, taxes and tax refunds, insurance payouts, scholarships, university financial aid, government stimulus programs, cash advances, and prize winnings as some examples.
The first eclipses in Cancer and Capricorn started back in July 2018 and came by every five-and-a-half months. The most recent eclipses happened on December 25, 2019, and two weeks later on January 10, 2020. Now we have the very last eclipse in the Cancer-Capricorn series—a full moon lunar eclipse in Capricorn on July 4-5. You will not have another one in either of these signs again until 2027 to 2029. You saw a preview of what is to come, as an eclipse in Sagittarius arrived last month on June 5, followed by the solar eclipse in Cancer on June 21. After this month, the eclipses won’t be focused on your money.
In case you’re curious, we will have a full moon lunar eclipse in Gemini on November 30 and a solar new moon eclipse on December 14. Eclipses are the universe’s favorite way to create change. Eclipses push us forward, and there is no turning back or undoing them.
