Your Horoscope by Susan Miller
Over the past two years, ever since Saturn arrived in your sign, dear Capricorn, you walked over hot coals and broken glass. It has not been easy. Saturn’s job is to taunt you, challenge you, and generally test your mettle. In the process of teaching you, he toughened you up, took you out of your comfort zone, and showed you that you were stronger, more resilient, and more resourceful about finding solutions to life’s roadblocks than you ever thought possible. Now, relief is on the way.
You will love March. You have so much to look forward to that I barely know where to start. Let’s begin with the fact that you currently have four planets in Capricorn to support your every action and your favorite wishes. You have Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars all in earth-sign Capricorn. Mars is the newcomer, for this planet of energy and drive first appeared in Capricorn on February 16 and is set to stay through March 30. Venus will glide in the ideal sign, Taurus, as will Uranus, and Neptune and the Sun will be in Pisces, a sign that works so well with Capricorn.
All these planets have a role in helping bring out your strengths and talents. Think of Pluto, now in Capricorn, as the planet that comes into the basement of your house, a little like a building inspector, complete with flashlight and hardhat, to examine its foundations. If he finds cracks in the foundation of your life, he will show them to you, and it would be up to you to patch them up.
If Pluto feels you are in the wrong job, in time he will drag you to the right one. Pluto will sometimes take away the one thing you assume you can’t live without—until you see you can, and when you do, you are stronger for it.
Pluto works from the inside out, transforming you similarly to the way a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. Some people never get to experience Pluto in their sign, for it takes Pluto 248 years to circle the Sun and all 12 zodiac signs. Pluto was last in Capricorn during the time of the American Revolution, 1763 to 1778. In modern times, Pluto entered Capricorn in 2007 and will leave your sign in 2023. Pluto, as the planet furthest out in our solar system, spends the longest time in each of the signs he visits.
