Capricorn Horoscope for September 2024

Your September 2024 Horoscope for Capricorn

by Susan Miller

In America, this date is during prime hurricane season, so if you are going to a location that sometimes suffers from these type of severe weather events, check the weather report before you leave. The full moon will be in Pisces (ruling water) conjunct Neptune (which governs the sea, and all bodies of water), so flash flooding, heavy rain, high wind, hurricanes, a heavy snow or thick fog would create dangerous driving and flying conditions. (Of course, this depends on where you live and where you plan to go.) Be armed with information before you leave, and if conditions do not look good, make changes!

Your sister, brother, and cousins are also included in the third house, so with an eclipse there, you may want to check in to find out if there is any late breaking family news. If your close kin are having a tough time, due to Saturn, you may want to help—it would be appreciated. This eclipse does bring a beautiful beam from Uranus in your fifth house (Taurus), and good news could come suddenly, so search for creative, unusual answers. Pluto in Capricorn will also do what he can to help—look into government programs for sources of income.

Venus will be at the pinnacle of your solar chart in your tenth house of professional honors, awards, and achievement, a place Venus took up on August 29, and will stay until September 22. With Venus there you are the popular candidate who can do no wrong. If you interview during September for either a new position or, if self-employed, a new client, look at September 13 when you will charm everyone in your path. On September 13, the moon is not void (looking at my Moonlight Phases app with GPS built in), and the transiting moon will be in Capricorn. September 13 will be a perfect day for you to impress a VIP.

The part of your solar chart that holds the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces of September 17 also rules legal contracts. I do not advise signing papers on or near any eclipse, but this one would bring especially bad timing because Neptune conjunct the full moon can obscure, obfuscate, or have missing information, and it wouldn’t always be the fault of the other party. If you do interview and are offered a contract, this is no time to skip the services of a lawyer—you may not see a clause that could cause big problems later. I suggest you take your time, show it to your lawyer, and plan to sign papers on September 29 when Mars will be working beautifully with your ruler Saturn to create a long-lasting, productive relationship with your client or boss.
