Last month you likely found that progress lagged, for Mercury was retrograde from August 4 to August 28. Like some people you know that awaken after a long sleep, Mercury will remain a little groggy until he gets his bearings. Each day Mercury will grow stronger until September 11, when Mercury will be back to top speed and power.
If you have something of vital importance to do, such as to close on the purchase of a house or to buy a new car (as two examples of a nearly limitless number of possibilities), you may want to wait until on or after Wednesday, September 11, to do so. You can act sooner, but your timing will be at your very best on or after that date.
You’ve worked hard over the past three months, and it seems you may not have been able to take any time off to travel. If that is true for you, you will find the new moon September 2 (and the weeks to follow) to be your friend. This new moon will appear in Virgo (11 degrees) and your ninth house, the area of the chart that expands your perspective and helps you see possibilities in relationships and ventures that you used to look upon only marginally.
One of the main ways we grow is through international travel or the import-export of ideas, goods, or services, and by having relationships with people in other countries. If you can travel, that might be one of your best options now, so spin your compass to go to a setting you’ve never been. Alternatively, you may go back to college or graduate school or attend a seminar or conference.
