At the end of July, the new moon on July 24 in Leo will open a door for you to make more money. You seem to be interested in funding a big idea, most likely for something related to real estate (the money could also be to help a family member). Your actions will lead to a strong sense of security, and there’s a great chance that you will love where you live and want to stay there a long time.
There is a sticky aspect at this new moon, however, for that new moon will bring an opposition from Pluto. You may have to negotiate your deal cleverly. There are a plethora of books on negotiating, so pick up one to get some pointers. Know what is important to your VIP, seller, landlord, client, or venture capitalist—their goals may not be the same as yours. If you are in talks about the purchase of a house, the same rules apply—you will need to negotiate the price, but even so, know that you are under splendid aspects, so everything should come out sunny-side up.
