Your Horoscope for Capricorn
by Susan MillerThe Sun will move into fellow earth-sign Virgo on August 22, and you will instantly feel that Earth is a more friendly place to be. The new moon in Virgo on September 2 will open the door for an important trip. Once you’re done with all your financial dealings, you’ll be happy to think about heading out and leaving your cares behind.
SUMMARY
Now that you are a little more than halfway through the year, this might be a good time to stop, look at your finances, and confer with your advisor. The new moon on August 4 will give you the motivation and energy to dig in and see where you can make improvements to your retirement or savings portfolio, find ways to cut waste in daily life, and unearth bargains when you shop.
It’s likely that you will not only be focused on money but also on a work project during this August 4 new moon. If you are self-employed, this is very good news, for the market will be clamoring for your goods, services, and ideas, and business will be brisk. If you work for others, your firm will also do well, for your presence will be valued. The plethora of orders may require all hands on deck, and if you ask your boss, you are likely to get approval to hire an additional person.
Ever since Jupiter entered your sixth house of work projects on May 25 of this year (to stay until June 9, 2025), you were promised better clients who could give you more interesting work. If you had to hire more employees, you were able to find qualified candidates that you could actually afford to hire, never an easy task. Jupiter continues to be on hand to help you find new people who turn out to be gems. If you have to hire, do so in September, a better time to announce your choices. You might be working in new and improved headquarters too, with shiny new computers and software purchased by management in June or July that have finally arrived. Jupiter has a way of upgrading everything in the part of the horoscope that he visits, and in this case, he’s influencing where and how you get your daily work done.
