You are thankful for this warmth and care, and if you would like to make a new friend, this could be a good time to join a club. It could be a social club or one devoted to your professional interests, or one that emphasizes a personal favorite activity such as sports or reading. Go to a convention or seminar, or join a book club to discuss the newest releases. This is your month to circulate close to home.
At the same time, you appear to be on a mission to find ways to increase your income. Mars, the energy planet, is racing though your personal income sector (second house), forcing up expenses. You may be alarmed at how fast bills are mounting. Not helping matters is Pluto at 180 degrees from Mars, directly opposing Mars from his perch in another financial sector (your eighth house). You may find a large bill, perhaps for something like taxes or a major home or car repair, as some examples. The bill seems unexpected, and it might rattle you. This news likely arrived late last month, on or just after April 26.
On April 27 the new moon and Sun appeared together in Taurus, 8 degrees, in the center of the Pluto verses Mars feud. This means that Mars in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius sent a hard 90-degree square from opposite sides of the new moon and Sun in Taurus TO the new moon and Sun in Taurus. All the signs involved in this are fixed signs that tend to stand their ground and don’t easily come to a compromise. This suggests that whatever bill came up at that time would have to be paid with little room for a delay.
The Sun rules your second house of earned income (thereby putting this area under siege), and as a Cancer, you are ruled by the moon, so you would have felt this situation directly. This was a new moon, not a full moon, so you will have to work it out. New moons are far less emotional than full moons, so you will need logic and a sense of practicality to solve it.
