Mars is the natural ruler of your solar tenth house of prestigious professional career advancement, so that area is where you will feel the slowdown most. Once a planet goes direct, it does not simply jump to life again—it has to work its way back up to strength. Keep working, and don’t become discouraged. Things will be up and running swiftly by May.
In the meantime, waiting for better days won’t help much. Mercury will go retrograde from March 14 to April 7, so you should not sign contracts or buy high tech products (including a car) during that time.
Overlapping that period will be Venus retrograde from March 1 to April 12. Venus will affect things going on at home or at other property you own, rent, or manage, as Venus rules your solar fourth house of home. You might experience delays or change your mind about a home- or family-related project or decision.
Venus may rule your solar house of home, but it also has dominion over your appearance and romantic attachments. This is not the time to schedule a face lift, Botox, or fillers. Avoid buying luxury items, such as expensive jewelry or designer accessories or clothing. Because Venus sets off the sparks of love, it’s also not the best time to start a new romantic relationship.
