Cancers who will feel the new moon on December 30 the most in January will be those who have a birthday on July 2, plus or minus five days. The same is true for those who have Cancer rising or their natal moon in Cancer at 10 degrees, plus or minus five degrees. If you have a natal planet in Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn at 10 degrees, the planet fitting that category will work hard for you.
On another note, Mars is currently retrograde and will move into Cancer on January 6, so you may wish you had more control right now. By next month, Mars will go direct (on February 23), having been retrograde since December 6. When Mars is retrograde, it’s harder to convince anyone of anything. Mars is fuel, and without fuel, not much can happen. Retrograde planets urge you to look backward, not forward. The best way to handle these periods is to examine past projects and relationships and decide what went right and what went wrong.
