Since early November, Mars has been forging a fierce disagreement with Pluto, and it has been a feisty, even at times explosive, experience, but their last contact happened recently on April 26, and these two powerful planets will gradually move farther and farther apart as the weeks go by. Mars is your ruler, so having Mars in a tug-of-war with Pluto—a planet known to use a scored-earth method of negotiation—has been playing in the background of your life a long time.
You may have become resigned to thinking the tension you’ve been feeling will probably never change or go away—but it will, dear Aries. By the fourth week of May, Pluto and Mars will be too far apart to ruffle your feathers any more. They are not due to be orbiting in opposition again for a long time. One of the problems was due to Mars retrograde for what seemed forever (from December 6 to February 23), so Mars kept returning back to within range of Pluto to restart the feud. It’s been like a never-ending repeat of the same video. However, you are about to finally see an end to this by the end of May.
More good news is due. A planet that retrogrades is not strong the day he turns direct. The planet has to work its back to full power, and that will happen for Mars by May 2
You are definitely headed in the right direction, and after many months of looking back and continually fixing things that were going haywire, it’s time to face forward and be enthusiastic about your future.
Money has been on your mind, and you had begun to study ways to grow the money you already have and search for a new source of income ever since you went through last month’s new moon on April 27 in Taurus. That was not the easiest new moon because Pluto in Aquarius and Mars in Leo were seizing on that moon in Taurus. As a result, you may have had to curtail your participation in a social event or delay a vacation or other pleasure temporarily until you covered what you owed. You may have had a lot of tension on the job and at home too, as Mars and Pluto were straddling close to the cusps of the houses ruling those parts of your life. It’s been a workout.
The full moon in Scorpio on May 12 will continue to accent financial matters, and it looks like you will continue to tighten your belt. A large, unexpected expense seems to have come up, and it might be related to taxes or a similar type of obligation you incurred a while ago and will need to pay. Saturn will support this full moon in your eighth house, so your reactions to the financial matter will prove to be wise and stabilizing.
