Your May 2025 Horoscope for Aries

We can’t control everything in life, but we do our best to come up with strategies should some come up again.
You seem to want to travel over this full moon on May 12, a moon that will be influential for five days beyond the date it appears. However, Pluto will be in hard angle to travel planet Mercury, so my best advice is to wait until month’s end to have your trip. Pluto is truly “doing a number” on all of us lately, encompassing all zodiac signs, so it would be best to sit tight for now, at least near the full moon May 12.
The month of May will bring a joyous turning point to 2025, and make life noticeably better. Your ruler Mars was retrograde for months, from December 6, 2024, to February 23, 2025. However, after turning direct, Mars needed to work up to full power. That will happen now, by May 2.
Mars will not retrograde again for two years. Furthermore, Mars is finally in a compatible sign to your Aries Sun—fellow fire-sign Leo—and lighting your fifth house of love, romance, children, and creativity. It is possible you are involved with a creative project or in charge of overseeing one. You could also meet someone new romantically or be involved with a pregnancy or the special care of a child. When Mars activates a house, all the areas that house rules are possible to be lit up for you—you don’t have to choose one of the areas that house rules. You can have them all if you want—it is up to you.
Coming back to my discussion of retrograde planets this year, Venus was retrograde from March 1 to April 12. Venus won’t retrograde again for 18 months. The good news is Venus will be back to full power by May 16.
The most romantic day of the month will be Thursday May 22 when Mars and Venus will exchange warm and loving signals in the night sky. So whether you’re married or single, make that night special.
Mercury was retrograde too (my goodness, so many planets out of phase!), from March 15 to April 7 and, being a fast-moving planet, made it to full power April 26.
