If you are dating and in love, you may be thinking of moving in together before you marry. You can do that now or between now and June 30 next year (2026), but in any case, keep your present apartment, too. Perhaps you can sublet it to a friend, if your landlord will allow you to do that. I always feel it is safer to hold on to an apartment (if you love it) in case you find living with your sweetheart not to be as easy as you thought it would be. (I live in New York City (Manhattan), where nice apartments are scarce, so that may be why I’m giving you that advice.)

The new moon last month (June 25, which is still influencing you in July) did have a challenge from Saturn and Neptune, so this might not be the time to do big things for the home, family, or other property. You may be consumed with various responsibilities. Until September 1, Saturn will remain in Aries for the first time in 29 years. (The last time Saturn was in Aries was from April 1996 to February 1999.) You might be feeling more responsibilities are being added on to your shoulders. Aries born on March 21-22 are feeling the effects of Saturn now the most. On September 1, Saturn will go back to Pisces until February 13, 2026, when Saturn will then more permanently enter Aries, to stay until April 12, 2028.
