Last month, on June 9, Jupiter moved into Cancer and your home and family sector, so that is where your golden nuggets lie. Jupiter will remain in Cancer a full year, until June 30, 2026. This area of your chart rules not only your home but other property that you might want to buy, sell, or rent. It includes your experience with your close, immediate family—which should be warm and loving in the coming 12 months, with special emphasis on your parents. Your parents adore you and it will show. You may also receive special favor from another beloved relative, like an aunt or uncle, cousin, or grandparent.
To be sure you noticed Jupiter’s arrival into Cancer, the universe sent a wonderful new moon in Cancer last month on June 25, 4 degrees. That new moon will continue to influence you in the area of home and property as you enter July. If you are in the market to buy or rent a new place, be sure to continue to browse spaces, for you are likely to find one you truly like. You can order repairs, streamline your closets or garage, paint, declutter, buy a handsome piece of furniture, or work with your designer to do a total refresh to your current space. You can work with this trend on a small or large scale—you have free will and can take advantage of it in any way you like. You can simply paint one room or, on the other extreme, gut your apartment and do a floor to ceiling refresh of the space. If the timing isn’t right, you can “sit out this dance” and wait for this aspect to come back (Jupiter in Cancer) 12 years from now, from May 2037 to June 2038. (Don’t worry, you’ll have other opportunities to fix up your home before 2037.)
Alternatively, on this go-round of Jupiter, you can find a new roommate, or you might decide you can handle the rent by yourself and thereby nearly double the size of your space. This is the first time in 12 years that you have hosted Jupiter in your home sector, a wonderful advantage, so if you are interested in moving or buying a vacation home, you would be smart to act within the coming 12 months.
