Your Horoscope for Aries
By the time you enter July, you will have just come thorough a lovely, supportive new moon in Cancer, 7 degrees, on June 28 that will influence you in the coming weeks. If you know you must move, or even if you are thinking casually about moving without having set a date to pack up, start browsing Internet sites now, or sign with a real estate broker to review properties. A new moon is always very powerful, and there is only one new moon a year in each of the different houses of the horoscope to help you accomplish your goals in life. This new moon is home and family related—the only new moon like this of the year. It will have influence for many weeks after it occurs.
If you can wait to move, and feel no rush, you will have a FULL moon in Cancer on January 6 (different from a new moon in that it finishes up things). In early January you might find your best location, whether you rent or buy. Mars will be retrograde at the time, though, so push off the precise closing on a house if you can until after January 12.
If you are renting and don’t expect to stay more than a few months, then it doesn’t matter if you sign when Mars is retrograde. Sometimes, though, as a friend said to me, “I didn’t think I would stay, but here it is, going on three years now and I have not moved.” The pandemic came, and she couldn’t even think of moving during the time when high infection rates were raging. Life keeps happening, so you might think you aren’t moving, but unexpected things could come up. If you feel you will lose the apartment if you don’t sign instantly, then sign.
The new moon this month (well, technically June 28 but influencing you this month and for weeks beyond) can help you find a place to move to, a contractor to work with to renovate, workmen who know how to do specialized, needed repairs, and ways to refresh and redecorate your home, such as to paint a room or choose new furniture, which would likely be on sale at this time of the year. If you live in the suburbs or country, you may want to ask a landscape artist to work on your land to design your yard or plant perennials or other flowers and shrubs to make your property look beautiful through all the seasons.
