You can always withdraw the property from the market if you are not getting any bids, or if you are getting bids that are too low to accept. I cannot see all in your chart, so you can proceed, but just be careful and skeptical. Of course, you should not keep a house or condo on the market too long, for that would be a signal to buyers that you are having trouble selling.
Two weeks later on September 17, you will have a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces, 26 degrees, in your second house of earned income. This eclipse will ask you for a decision, action, or payment, or you will receive a final payment, concluding your focus on money. On any full moon lunar eclipse, something ends, and something else will begin.
A new source of income will come if you look, not likely instantly, but it will come. If you lose a source of income, be comforted in knowing that the universe does not tolerate a vacuum, and it tends to rush to fill it. That new job won’t show up instantly (at least, it is not likely), but if you look for a new one, you will find one. If you work with clients, for example, you might see a client depart for any reason (maybe for budgetary reasons), so in effect that client will be “eclipsed out” of your everyday life. If you are in the process of getting a divorce or dividing assets with a business partner, the new moon on September 2 would open talks, and it’s very possible that this eclipse would finalize the agreement.
If your financial situation is complex, then the final agreement might not come until future eclipses in the Virgo-Pisces family: March 13, 2025, or later on September 7, 2025. As you see, your financial picture is undergoing a major refresh.
