Your September 2024 Horoscope for Aquarius

The new moon, which arrives on September 2 in Virgo, 11 degrees, will have you looking over your bank accounts, credit card statements, and the people and companies who will require payment from you in the coming months. You seem intent on finding ways to increase your savings and to create a sturdy financial footing for the future.
Saturn will be directly opposed to the new moon of September 2, which might trigger this sudden interest in money management. Saturn often calls for short-term sacrifice (in this case, spending) in favor of building toward a long-term goal, such as to buy your first house, to renovate, or to go to graduate school without too much debt.
If you are in the work force, you have been unhappy with your salary or, if self-employed, your total yearly earned income, but this has been due in part to Saturn, now in Pisces. Saturn is in your personal salary and possessions sector, which it entered in March 2023, and has 18 additional months to go, until February 2026. In effect, you are half-way through this trend. I don’t think there is any Aquarian who is entirely happy with their financial situation, unless they have Taurus or Scorpio rising—those signs are doing well financially—or something else in the chart that would bring monetary gain.
The problem is, when you have transiting Saturn in the solar second house, as you do, even if you change jobs, you are not likely to make appreciably more. Saturn will follow you where you go, even to the new job. If you are in the process of changing jobs, make sure you get a salary you like because it will not change for at least 18 months, no matter what you are told.
