Your May 2025 Horoscope for Aquarius
by Susan Miller
The little flower of the new moon innocently appeared in the exact center of their argument and found herself at the wrong place at the wrong time. Mars is currently in your partnership house, which refers to your spouse or a serious partner/collaborator in business. In the latter case, the person in a business role could be a person you hired to help you, like your electrician or contractor, or you may be having difficulty with your landlord. There are so many possibilities that I could have used as examples. Pluto is in your sign and your first house, pointing to your own spirit, attitude, personality, and sense of identity.
When the new moon arrived on April 27, Mars and Pluto continued their argument from opposite ends of the heavens, but something else happened that was unusual. Mars in Leo turned on the little new moon and Sun and began a separate, heated argument unrelated to the one Mars was having with Pluto. Pluto in Aquarius did the same thing and turned on the little moon and Sun with his own roaring fight. This caused one 180-degree opposition and two separate 90-degree squares (denoting obstacles and roadblocks), adding up to an electric ball of tension.
Having Mars in your opposite sign can be very good or very bad. It could be wonderful if you are forming a partnership or even getting engaged or married. If you are already married, you might be focused on your partner. If your partner just won a promotion, it would be logical that you would want to hear all about it, for your partner is making big news.
Mars is known to bring a lot of energy to any sector he enters, and in this case, it is your seventh house of committed, serious partnerships and collaborations—this house also rules marriage. Mars is especially strong now that he is out of retrograde (February 23) and finally worked his way back to full power this month on May 2.
