Here is a third possibility. You might feel your home could use a refresh and redesign, and you want to go slow to see how your design choices are fitting together—that sounds like a good idea. A fourth possibility is you may have recently bought or rented a second piece of property, such a vacation home or a home, you will rent to tenants or as an Airbnb, so you might be busy putting all the elements together to get it ready for living.
