Full moons bring culminations and usually represent a situation that has been going on for a while without resolve. Now things will start to get settled.
This is a tricky eclipse because of the tension between home and career that seems to be shaping up due to Uranus conjunct the Sun, and both are in tight opposition to the full moon. It may be that you will be chosen for a very prestigious position but feel torn because of obligations you have at home with children or other family members, such as a parent who depends on you.

In another manifestation, instead, you might have to move house or do extensive repairs or renovations for any number of reasons, and all this is happening when the job culmination and possible offer are coming up.
