Venus rules your home and property and legal matters in your solar chart, and Venus is also linked to profits and money (among other things) in everyone’s chart.
If possible, delay signing any contract until at least well after April 12, although waiting even a little longer, until the new moon in Gemini on May 26, would be ideal for the signing. The month of May would bring you luck. This eclipse is a positive one, but if you feel you will miss the opportunity by waiting, be sure you understand all facets of what you are getting into, and go over the details again with your lawyer. Check the terms that apply. Also, ask many questions to be sure nothing has been overlooked or omitted. At the same time, you may need to take a short trip, perhaps to talk over points, and if so, it would go exceptionally well.
