Tips Suggestions on how and where to enjoy your
precious time off.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19) Your Road to Wealth
Capricorn is one of the financial whiz
kids of the zodiac. You're so prudent and wise with
your spending and investments, that others come to you with
their money to manage. Cautious by nature, you manage
risk well. You don't fall for get-rich-quick schemes, preferring
to grow things at a slow but steady rate. You like to think
ahead, and when you decide on a plan, you stick to it. Power
and influence motivate you enormously and your sign is considered
the most ambitious of all the signs. You are not afraid of
hard work -- just the opposite, in fact! You can easily become
a workaholic. But you enjoy every moment at your desk.
Unlike Aries, who crave having their own business,
you do best working for a worldwide, Fortune 500 company --
the bigger and more influential the better. You enjoy the
substantial benefits package your boss provides for valued
employees. Practical and prudent, earth
sign Capricorn doesn't mind working under the supervision
of another. Capricorns understand the necessity of
organizational hierarchy, especially since it gives them a
clear ladder to climb to the top!
Hint: Capricorn likes
history, so old coins, rare stamps, historical documents,
valuable gems, gold bars, estate jewelry or antiques are all
valuable investments for you. Investing in one or more of
these areas could make you wealthy, if you do your research
and consult with trusted industry experts.
Your Financial Outlook for the
Year 2000 and Beyond
From now on, remain conservative
with your money, for Uranus,
the planet of surprises, has entered your income sector and
will remain there until March 2003. Luckily, you are conservative
by nature, so it won't be too much of a strain to remain that
way. At times, Uranus' presence will be helpful, but Uranus
rules what we least expect. Better to be safe than sorry.
Get any financial promises in writing. Occasionally, reversals
could come out of the blue. You will need to stay alert. For
example, your company could be acquired by another, or your
boss could suddenly quit, putting your job in jeopardy. This
highlighted sector does not include joint funds, such as those
you hold with your mate, which will remain secure. Using a
little common sense will go a long way to help things stay
level. As they say, to be forewarned is to be forearmed.
Your ruler, cautious Saturn,
is now touring your 5th sector,
and will continue to do so until April 2001. Besides ruling
creativity, love and romance, this same sector rules stocks,
bonds and all kinds of investments. Since Saturn is in a good
angle to your Sun, things look
good for your investments through April, 2001, as long as
you keep to a conservative track. Saturn does not like wild
risks! Stock up on blue chip stocks for the time being,
and avoid anything not tried and true. Prepare your
portfolio for a global stock market correction that could
occur during late April or any time in May, 2000.
Eclipses in 1999 may have caused you to reconsider
how you earn, spend and save money. You have a few more surprises
coming in 2000, such as eclipses in financial sectors on January
21 and February 5. The February 5 eclipse will be your best
opportunity to increase your income in the year ahead. An
eclipse in Capricorn on July 16, 2000 could finally clarify
what is truly important to you and give you the strength,
motivation and courage to achieve your most important goals.
Soon after, another eclipse on July 31 in your joint resource
sector could bring more financial shifts, and continue what
was started January 21. Finally, the year 2000 ends with still
another eclipse. This one occurs on December 25 in Capricorn,
and it will help you further your maturity and development.
Thus, throughout 2000 you may feel like events
keep propelling you forward. In fact, that's exactly what
is happening. You may, at times, feel like the pace is a little
too quick. No matter, the universe wants you to act, so act
you will. The cosmos never asks more from us than we are able
to provide. Although it may be tempting to long for the good
old days when you were presented with change, later you will
be glad for the changes these eclipses made possible.
